Kristi has a B.A. in English and Social Studies with a focus on Elementary Education from Calvin College.

Prior to joining LMA, Kristi worked as an Instructional Paraprofessional in Hudsonville Public Schools for 1 year and as a Special Education Assistant in West Ottawa Public Schools for 4 years.  She also has 10 years of substitute teaching experience in the West Ottawa district. In addition, Kristi serves on the board of the local non-profit, Family Hope Foundation.

Outside of LMA, Kristi enjoys reading, hiking, kayaking, cooking, and spending time with her three boys.
