Lynn Lidstone

B.A. Learning Disabilities, Language Arts, Elementary Education

Lynn graduated from Aquinas College and is certified in Special Education: Learning Disabilities K-12, Language Arts K-8, and Elementary Education. She began her teaching career at a charter school in downtown Grand Rapids, then moved on to Caledonia Community Schools where she was a Special Education Teacher / Intervention Specialist. Lynn is now at Lake Michigan Academy part-time teaching Middle School Language Arts and Social Studies. She is excited to bring her passion for students and teaching to LMA and to continue to grow her relationships with our LMA family.

Outside of Lake Michigan Academy, Lynn runs the Horse Sense Tutoring Program at The Barn for Equine Learning in Lowell, MI.  She loves to spend time with her family (3 grandkids!) and friends, garden, cook, ride horses, read, and play the piano.
